Shipping Policy

• Nationwide Delivery: We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan.
• Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 working days after order confirmation. Remote areas may take up to 7 days.
• Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp/SMS to track your parcel.

7-Days Return & Exchange Policy

At TalabKro, your satisfaction is our priority. If you face any issues with your product, we offer a hassle-free 7-day return and exchange policy.

• Valid Reasons for Return: You can claim a return or exchange if the item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.
• Video Proof is Mandatory: To claim damage or missing items, you MUST make an unboxing video while opening the courier flyer. Claims without an unboxing video will not be entertained.
• Condition of Product: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories included.
• Process: Contact us on our WhatsApp number within 7 days of receiving the parcel. Send us the issue details and the unboxing video. Our team will guide you on how to return the item to our warehouse.
