COD Advance Policy (Rs. 200)

To ensure smooth operations and filter out fake or non-serious orders, we have introduced a strict Rs. 200 Advance Payment Policy for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

How It Works:

• When you place a COD order on our website, our customer support team will contact you via WhatsApp for confirmation.
• You will be required to send Rs. 200 as an advance payment via Easypaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Transfer.
• This Rs. 200 is NOT an extra charge. It will be deducted from your total bill. (For example, if your order is Rs. 1500, you pay Rs. 200 advance, and you will only pay Rs. 1300 to the rider at the time of delivery).
• Your parcel will only be dispatched after the advance payment is received and the screenshot is shared on our WhatsApp.

Why Do We Take Advance?

Unfortunately, many courier parcels are returned because customers refuse to accept them or provide fake addresses. Courier companies charge us delivery fees for both sending and returning the parcel, which causes massive losses to our business. This small advance ensures that only serious buyers place orders.
